Clark was quick, he called to let me know he was 5 minutes away. He was very calm and that kept me calm. He explained everything and was genuine with talking to me, not treating me like just another tow. And his mustache was on point

I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to let you know what a tremendous employee you have. My husband and I were coming back from a work meeting in Flagstaff the afternoon of Saturday, August 29. Our tire blew heading south on the 1-17 where the 101 branches off. It was absolutely terrifying!  Our tire flew and we pulled over under the underpass. Your driver, Brandon, pulled up a bit later and helped another disabled driver behind us. He graciously, kindly, patiently (and many other adjectives) asked if he could help us. I had called DPS but they couldn't see us on the cameras. He offered and changed our tire with cars flying by. He truly saved our lives. You truly have no idea what a wonderful, kind, man and angel you have working for you.

The time estimate for arrival was accurate. We received a call to double check our details. Our driver also called to confirm our location. And, when he showed up he was helpful and helped us to find our spare tire. He was helpful and kind and we did not feel rushed.

Everyone was very knowledgeable and very nice and did a great job. The flatbed tow truck guy worked hard getting my car without tires onto the tow truck and was careful not to damage the car. He was great!
